We Learn, We Unite, We Empower

If you have already watched the famous superhero movies, you might have an idea of how a team works. The Avengers strategizes before they go to war and end the wrath of Thanos, led by Tony Stark and Steve Rogers. Also, the Justice League had a team discussion on how they will beat Steppenwolf. And you can see the results of their well-planned teamwork. The same thing goes in every group, organizations, and companies. Every member should instill to themselves the true essence of teamwork. The question is, how will they start doing that? Well, there are a lot of common ideas to make a group work as a team. We can combine several ideas for a team to be a team. Make them learn and unite before empowering.

The first thing we should do is to learn. I think we are all familiar with the workshop activities. Maybe we are already equipped with the basic knowledge about the job in a certain team. But for a team to be great, it is better to expand your knowledge about the things that might help your team improve in a better way. Since our team specializes in virtual assistance, and we usually make content materials like graphical images, video presentations, and podcasts. We can conduct a workshop about Photo and Layout Editing featuring Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Also to increase the knowledge about moving contents, we can also conduct a workshop for basic video editing by featuring Sony Vegas Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Filmora. We can also increase our knowledge about marketing by conducting a talk workshop about the best marketing strategies. In those ways, we can equip each and every member of the team pieces of knowledge that will help them perform in their task tremendously.

The next thing we should consider, is being United. If you have ever heard about a team-building activity, it is always conducted to build a strong relationship with each and every member of the team or group. We can divide the team into several groups and conduct some activities wherein they will compete with each other to win. In that way, they will build their relationship with each other. There, you can see them enjoying every activity that they do, and at the same, they get to know the essence of being a team. You can see there how each team strategizes led by the brains of the team, how they make use of their ace player as a muscle of the team, and how they use the other rest of the team members as wide support for their team's foundation. And all of that is for them to win each activity to be conducted. After this team building activity they will realize the importance of teamwork, and apply their learned strategy in achieving the goal and mission of their company.

Now that we are already equipped with the knowledge and we are now united, we are now ready to empower. Since we learned a lot of things from the workshops, we can use that in making the tasks of our clients. And since we learned how a team works, we already know how to reach out with our teammates and complete all of the tasks as a team just like how superheroes finish a fight.
