Relaxation can help with fatigue as it helps you put into good sleep patterns, increases benefit from rest periods during the day, and can help to manage stressful situations. It’s also about peace of mind and enjoying a hobby.

Having a lazy day occasionally can also be beneficial. It makes our brain have a peaceful atmosphere by not having too many thoughts inside our head caused by over-thinking and too many worries. Also, it helps our entire body to rest its muscles to function more actively after a full rest.
I apply this to myself when I feel like I am restless the whole day thus having an uncomfortable feeling. Because restlessness also affects our emotions and how we react to things around us. We tend to work slow and demotivated as tiredness engulfs us that everyone around us may get affected.
Being relaxed under pressure also has a great impact on work that makes us accomplish tasks successfully. Remaining relaxed whenever possible can be helpful and can make a measurable difference in health and in whatever we do.
